He has served on the <A HREF="http://www.artmuseumgr.org/home/page/Art+Museum+History" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.artmuseumgr.org/home/page/Art"><U>Grand Rapids Art Museum</U></A>'s Collections Committee, and wrote the artist's Chronological Biography for the museum's 1998 exhibition publication <A HREF="http://www.tfaoi.com/aa/1aa/1aa686.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.tfaoi.com/aa/1aa/1aa686.htm"><U><B>Mathias J.
